8712 - Collections.

     § 8712.  Collections.
        Any school district imposing a tax under section 8711
     (relating to earned income and net profits tax) shall designate
     the tax officer who is appointed under section 10 of the Local
     Tax Enabling Act, or otherwise by law, as the collector of the
     earned income and net profits tax. In the performance of the tax
     collection duties under this subchapter, the designated tax
     officer shall have all the same powers, rights, responsibilities
     and duties for the collection of the taxes which may be imposed
     under the Local Tax Enabling Act, Subchapter C of Chapter 84
     (relating to local taxpayers bill of rights) or as otherwise
     provided by law.
