9799.9 - Photographs and fingerprinting.
§ 9799.9. Photographs and fingerprinting. An individual subject to section 9795.1 (relating to registration) shall submit to fingerprinting and photographing as required by this subchapter at approved registration sites. Fingerprinting as required by this subchapter shall, at a minimum, require submission of a full set of fingerprints. Photographing as required by this subchapter shall, at a minimum, require submission to photographs of the face and any scars, marks, tattoos or other unique features of the individual. Fingerprints and photographs obtained under this subchapter may be maintained for use under this subchapter and for general law enforcement purposes.
