9702 - Definitions.

     § 9702.  Definitions.
        As used in this chapter "court" and "judge" include (when
     exercising criminal or quasi-criminal jurisdiction pursuant to
     section 1515 (relating to jurisdiction and venue)) a magisterial
     district judge.

        2004 Amendment.  See sections 28 and 29 of Act 207 in the
