5927 - Actions by spouse to recover separate property.

     § 5927.  Actions by spouse to recover separate property.
        In any action brought by either the husband or wife to
     protect and recover the separate property of either, both shall
     be fully competent witnesses, except that neither may testify to
     confidential communications made by one or the other, unless
     this privilege is waived upon the trial.
