3132.1 - Reappointment of magisterial district judge.

     § 3132.1.  Reappointment of magisterial district judge.
        Notwithstanding any provisions of this title to the contrary,
     a magisterial district judge who resigns from office may not be
     reappointed to the unexpired term.
