Chapter 75 - Direct Enforcement of Order of Another State Without Registration
7501.4 - Penalties for noncompliance.

     § 7501.4.  Penalties for noncompliance.
        An employer who willfully fails to comply with an income-
     withholding order issued by a tribunal of another state and
     received for enforcement is subject to the same penalties that
     may be imposed for noncompliance with an order issued by a
     tribunal of this State.

        1997 Amendment.  Act 58 added section 7501.4.
