Chapter 67 - Domestic and Sexual Violence Victim Address Confidentiality
6712 - Rules and regulations.

     § 6712.  Rules and regulations.
        The Office of Victim Advocate shall have the following duties
     in order to implement this chapter:
            (1)  The Office of Victim Advocate shall adopt and use
        guidelines which shall be published in the Pennsylvania
        Bulletin. The guidelines shall not be subject to review under
        section 205 of the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.769, No.240),
        referred to as the Commonwealth Documents Law, or the act of
        June 25, 1982 (P.L.633, No.181), known as the Regulatory
        Review Act.
            (2)  By July 1, 2006, the Office of Victim Advocate shall
        in accordance with law promulgate regulations to replace the
        guidelines under paragraph (1).
            (3)  The guidelines under paragraph (1) shall take effect
        in 180 days and expire on the earlier of the effective date
        of regulations promulgated under paragraph (2) or July 1,
        2007.
