Chapter 54 - Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement
5449 - Service of petition and order.

     § 5449.  Service of petition and order.
        Except as otherwise provided in section 5451 (relating to
     warrant to take physical custody of child), the petition and
     order must be served by any method authorized by the laws of
     this Commonwealth upon respondent and any person who has
     physical custody of the child.
