3330 - Notice of devise or bequest to corporation or association.

     § 3330.  Notice of devise or bequest to corporation or
                association.
        A personal representative to whom original letters are
     granted shall send a written notice, within three months after
     the grant of letters, to each corporation or association named
     as a beneficiary in the decedent's will, stating the date of the
     decedent's death, the county where the will has been probated,
     and that it is named as a beneficiary.
