3304 - Claims against personal representative.

     § 3304.  Claims against personal representative.
        The appointment of a personal representative shall not
     operate as a discharge or bequest of any debt which he owes the
     decedent or of any claim which the decedent had against him, but
     any such debt or claim, if it survives, shall be included in the
     inventory.
