9338 - Independence from Office of Attorney General.
§ 9338. Independence from Office of Attorney General. Each independent counsel appointed under this chapter and the persons appointed by that independent counsel under section 9333 (relating to additional personnel) are separate from and independent of the Office of Attorney General.
