                        UNLAWFUL USE OF COMPUTERS

     Sec.
     7641.  Computer-assisted remote harvesting of animals.

        Subchapter Heading.  The heading of Subchapter D (Reserved)
     was amended November 1, 2005, P.L.329, No.63, effective in 60
     days.
     § 7641.  Computer-assisted remote harvesting of animals.
        (a)  Offense defined.--A person who engages in computer-
     assisted remote harvesting of an animal or provides or operates
     a facility for another person to engage in computer-assisted
     remote harvesting of an animal commits a misdemeanor of the
     third degree.
        (b)  Definitions.--As used in this section, "computer-
     assisted remote harvesting of an animal" means the use of a
     computer or software to control remotely the aiming and
     discharge of any implement that allows a person who is not
     physically present at the location of that implement to harvest
     an animal located in this Commonwealth. The term does not
     include such use at an establishment as defined under section 2
     of the act of July 9, 1968 (P.L.304, No.151), known as the
     Pennsylvania Meat and Poultry Hygiene Law of 1968.
