7627 - Order to remove or disable certain items from Internet service provider's service.
§ 7627. Order to remove or disable certain items from Internet service provider's service. Upon consideration of an application, the court may enter an order, including an ex parte order as requested, advising the Attorney General or a district attorney that the items constitute probable cause evidence of a violation of section 6312 (relating to sexual abuse of children) and that such items shall be removed or disabled from the Internet service provider's service. The court may include such other information in the order as the court deems relevant and necessary. Cross References. Section 7627 is referred to in section 7628 of this title.
