                              OTHER OFFENSES

     7501.  Removal of mobile home to evade tax.
     7502.  Failure of mobile home court operator to make reports.

        Enactment.  Chapter 75 was added December 6, 1972, P.L.1482,
     No.334, effective in six months.
     § 7501.  Removal of mobile home to evade tax.
        A person is guilty of a summary offense if he, being the
     titled owner of a mobile home or house trailer which is subject
     to a tax, and having received an official tax notice levying
     such tax thereon, thereafter for the purpose of evading the
     payment of such tax, removes such mobile home or house trailer
     from the political subdivision levying such tax.
