7106 - Theater operators to require proof of age.

     § 7106.  Theater operators to require proof of age.
        Every person who operates a motion picture theater, when
     showing a motion picture rated as being suitable for viewing for
     adults only, shall not sell to a minor under 16 years of age an
     admission ticket or pass, or shall not admit such minor for a
     monetary consideration to the theater wherein the motion picture
     is exhibited, unless such minor is accompanied by his parent.
     Whoever violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a
     summary offense.
