     effective immediately.

     § 7301.  Short titles.
        (a)  Short title of chapter.--This chapter shall be known and
     may be cited as the Electric Cooperative Law of 1990.
        (b)  Short title of Subchapter C.--Subchapter C shall be
     known and may be cited as the Unincorporated Area Certified
     Territory Law of 1990.
