4104 - Termination of foreign domiciliary corporation status.

     § 4104.  Termination of foreign domiciliary corporation status.
        (a)  Shareholding test.--A foreign domiciliary corporation
     shall cease to be such on the first day of the sixth month
     following the month in which the corporation first has knowledge
     that the test of section 4102(a) (relating to foreign
     domiciliary corporations) is no longer met.
        (b)  Foreign corporations with registered securities.--The
     exemption provided by section 4102(b)(1) shall take effect on
     the day following the day on which the corporation becomes a
     corporation described in that provision.
        (c)  Subsidiary corporations.--The exemption provided by
     section 4102(b)(2) shall take effect immediately upon the
     acquisition, directly or indirectly, of the last outstanding
     share of the corporation by one or more registered corporations
     or corporations described in section 4102(b)(1).
