The State Mortuary and Cemetery Board shall meet at least semiannually, and at such other times as it may determine, and shall elect from its members, each for a term of one year, a president and secretary. The secretary shall also act and serve as treasurer of the board. [Amended by 1971 c.115 §14; 1973 c.411 §10; 1983 c.810 §21]
