All moneys received by the New Crops Development Board shall be deposited in the Department of Agriculture Service Fund created by ORS 561.144 (1). All moneys received and so deposited are continuously appropriated to the board to carry out the provisions of ORS 561.700 to 561.720. [1983 c.501 §5]
