In addition to the other remedies provided by law, the State Department of Agriculture may apply to the circuit court for, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon a summary hearing and for cause shown to grant, a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provision of a law under the jurisdiction of the department. [1959 c.229 §9]
