All moneys in the Small Scale Local Energy Project Loan Fund created by Article XI-J of the Oregon Constitution are appropriated continuously to the State Department of Energy and shall be used for the purposes authorized under this chapter. [1979 c.672 §16; 2003 c.186 §61; 2009 c.753 §62]
