As used in ORS 468A.630 to 468A.645:
(1) "Chlorofluorocarbons" includes:
(a) CFC-11 (trichlorofluoromethane);
(b) CFC-12 (dichlorodifluoromethane);
(c) CFC-113 (trichlorotrifluoroethane);
(d) CFC-114 (dichlorotetrafluoroethane); and
(e) CFC-115 ((mono)chloropentafluoro-ethane).
(2) "Halon" includes:
(a) Halon-1211 (bromochlorodifluoro-ethane);
(b) Halon-1301 (bromotrifluoroethane); and
(c) Halon-2402 (dibromotetrafluoro-ethane). [Formerly 468.612]
