Notwithstanding any provision of ORS 468A.550 to 468A.620 and 468A.992, any acreage sanitized by the use of an alternative thermal field sanitizer certified by the Environmental Quality Commission and the Director of Agriculture shall be exempt from the provisions of ORS 468A.550 to 468A.620 and 468A.992. [1991 c.920 §5]
