The Mattress Stewardship Fund is established, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys in the Mattress Stewardship Fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Environmental Quality and may be used only to pay the costs of administering, implementing and enforcing ORS 459A.150 to 459A.189. [2022 c.102 §12]
