Nothing in ORS 459.005, 459.015, 459.035, 459.250, 459.992, 459.995 and 459A.005 to 459A.665 applies to recyclable material which is:

(1) Source separated by the generator; and

(2) Purchased from or exchanged by the generator for fair market value for recycling or reuse. [Formerly 459.192]
