Any fees collected pursuant to the schedule adopted under ORS 448.410 shall be deposited in the General Fund of the State Treasury to the credit of the Department of Environmental Quality. Such fees are continuously appropriated to the department to pay the cost of administering the provisions of ORS 448.410 to 448.430 and 448.992. [1987 c.635 §6]
