(1) The portion of U.S. Highway 30 that is known as the Lower Columbia River Highway, beginning in St. Helens and ending in Rainier, shall also be known as Police Chief Ralph Painter Memorial Highway.
(2) The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain suitable markers along the highway described in this section indicating the designation of the highway as the Police Chief Ralph Painter Memorial Highway. [2011 c.460 §1; 2023 c.9 §21]
