Any Oregon port district may file with the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority an application to borrow money from the Oregon Port Revolving Fund for a project as provided in ORS 285A.666 to 285A.732. The application shall be filed in such a manner and contain or be accompanied by such information as the authority may prescribe. [Formerly 285.873; 2001 c.883 §9; 2009 c.830 §38]
