As used in ORS 244.177 and 244.179:

(1) "Governing body" has the meaning given that term in ORS 192.610.

(2) "Public body" has the meaning given that term in ORS 174.109. [2007 c.865 §26b; 2009 c.689 §3; 2013 c.42 §2]
