If the Secretary of State refuses to file a document delivered to the Secretary of State for filing, a domestic corporation or foreign corporation, in addition to any other legal remedy which may be available, has the right to appeal from such final order pursuant to the provisions of ORS 183.484. [1989 c.1010 §9; 2019 c.174 §11]
