A court record relating to the settlement of a minor’s claim approved under ORCP 27 I is confidential and may not be disclosed, except pursuant to a court order issued for good cause shown. Good cause for purposes of this section includes, but is not limited to, a showing that the claimant is no longer a minor. [2024 c.64 §3]
