The Supreme Court shall appoint a state professional responsibility board to institute disciplinary proceedings of the Oregon State Bar against licensees of the bar, as provided in the bar bylaws and the rules of the Supreme Court. [1983 c.618 §4; 2017 c.524 §1; 2025 c.32 §31]
