Section 469.719 - Eligibility of lender for tax credit not affected by owner’s failure.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 469.719 (2021)
Eligibility of the lender for any tax credit under ORS 317.112 shall not be affected by any dwelling owner’s failure to use the loan for qualifying energy conservation measures. [1987 c.749 §4]
