Chapter 461 - Oregon State Lottery
Section 461.550 - Expenditure limitation not applicable to lottery.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 461.550 (2021)
All expenditures from the State Lottery Fund or the fund established by the Legislative Assembly to disburse net lottery proceeds are exempt from any state expenditure limitation. [1985 c.302 §8(8)]
