Section 459A.580 - Prohibited disposal of used oil.

Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 459A.580 (2021)

Unless permitted pursuant to ORS 468B.050, no person shall dispose of used oil by discharge into sewers, drainage systems or the waters of this state as defined by ORS 468B.005, or by incineration other than for energy generating purposes. [Formerly 468.865; 2003 c.469 §3]
