Section 459A.350 - Disposition of fees.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 459A.350 (2021)
Fees collected by the Department of Environmental Quality under ORS 459A.305 to 459A.355 shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Covered Electronic Devices Account established under ORS 459A.355. [2007 c.302 §12]
