Chapter 408 - Miscellaneous Benefits for Veterans and Service Personnel
Section 408.540 - Use of buildings by veterans’ organizations.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 408.540 (2021)
All buildings acquired or constructed by county courts pursuant to chapter 595, Oregon Laws 1947, shall be made available for the use of any veterans’ organizations and their auxiliaries located in the city, town or community where any such building is located.
