Chapter 408 - Miscellaneous Benefits for Veterans and Service Personnel
Section 408.460 - Certain claims payable out of General Fund.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 408.460 (2021)
Lawful claims payable from the Memorial Fund, 116th Engineers, or the fund entitled Unclaimed Back Pay Due Second Oregon Volunteers, shall be paid, upon approval of the Adjutant General, from the General Fund.
