Section 408.242 - Public employees in Active Guard Reserve Program.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 408.242 (2021)
ORS 408.240 (4)(a) does not apply to a public employee who leaves a position under ORS 408.240 (1) to enter or reenter the Active Guard Reserve Program under 32 U.S.C. 502(f). [2005 c.38 §1]
