(1) The Department of Revenue shall credit and transfer or cause to be credited and transferred to the Drug Treatment and Recovery Services Fund the savings to the State of Oregon from the implementation of chapter 2, Oregon Laws 2021, as calculated in ORS 293.665.
(2) If the savings calculated for any subsequent biennium under ORS 293.665 (1) is less than any prior biennium, the amount credited and transferred to the Drug Treatment and Recovery Services Fund shall be the highest amount calculated for any previous biennium.
(3) The savings as calculated in ORS 293.665 shall be transferred on or before the end of the fiscal year in which the calculation is completed. [2021 c.2 §6; 2021 c.591 §6]
