Section 810.090 - Bicycle racing.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 810.090 (2019)
Bicycle racing is permitted on any highway in this state upon the approval of, and under conditions imposed by, the road authority for the highway on which the race is held. [1983 c.338 §153]
