Section 746.350 - Attorney fee allowable to prevailing party.

In any action against an unauthorized insurer in which service of process was made in the manner provided in ORS 746.320, the court may award reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party. [Formerly 736.258; 1981 c.897 §103; 1995 c.618 §130]
