Section 746.330 - Judgment by default after service of process under ORS 746.320.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 746.330 (2019)
Until the expiration of 30 days from the date of filing an affidavit of compliance under ORS 746.320, no plaintiff or complainant shall be entitled to a judgment by default in any action in which service of process is made in the manner provided in such section. [Formerly 736.254]
