Section 646.821 - Taking testimony for investigative demand.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 646.821 (2019)
The oral testimony of any person taken pursuant to a demand served under ORS 646.750 shall be taken in the county in which such person resides, is found or transacts business, or in such other place as may be agreed upon. [1977 c.729 §3]
