Section 547.505 - Recording of crop lien claim by clerk; indexing.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 547.505 (2019)
The county clerk shall record the claim in a book kept for that purpose. The record shall be indexed as the record of chattel mortgages is kept and indexed.
