Section 475B.870 - Establishment of school after registration.

If a school described in ORS 475B.858 (3)(d) that has not previously been attended by children is established within 1,000 feet of a medical marijuana dispensary, the medical marijuana dispensary may remain at its current location unless the Oregon Health Authority revokes the registration of the medical marijuana dispensary. [Formerly 475B.455]
Note: Section 174, chapter 614, Oregon Laws 2015, provides:
Sec. 174. If the Oregon Health Authority refuses to reregister a medical marijuana dispensary before the effective date of this 2015 Act [June 30, 2015] on the basis that the medical marijuana dispensary is located within 1,000 feet of a school as described in ORS 475.314 (3)(d) [renumbered 475B.858 (3)(d)], the authority shall reregister the medical marijuana dispensary on or after the effective date of this 2015 Act upon receiving a request, in a form and manner prescribed by the authority, to reregister the medical marijuana dispensary from the person who was previously registered as the person responsible for the medical marijuana dispensary.
