Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 469.536 (2019)
A public utility which operates a nuclear power plant or nuclear installation shall disseminate to the governing bodies of cities and counties that may be affected information approved by the State Department of Energy which explains rules or procedures adopted under ORS 469.533. [Formerly 453.770]
