Chapter 454 - Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems
Section 454.790 - Permit or license required to collect, store, transport, treat, recycle or dispose of septage.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 454.790 (2019)
A person may not collect, store, transport, treat, recycle or dispose of septage:
(1) Without first obtaining a license or permit from the Department of Environmental Quality issued under the program established under ORS 454.792; and
(2) Unless the person is operating in compliance with the terms of the license or permit. [1999 c.978 §4]
