Section 453.835 - Report to legislative committee.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 453.835 (2019)
The Department of Transportation shall submit regular reports on progress made toward completion of the plans to a committee designated by the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate. If no such committee is designated, the reports shall be submitted to the Emergency Board. [1985 c.696 §3]
