Section 453.731 - Civil penalty for violation of ORS 453.726 to 453.734.
Universal Citation: OR Rev Stat § 453.731 (2019)
The Oregon Health Authority may impose a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $500 for a violation of ORS 453.726 to 453.734 or rules of the authority adopted pursuant to ORS 453.726 to 453.734. Civil penalties under this section shall be imposed in the manner provided by ORS 183.745. [Formerly 431.950]
